I’m Beverly

I help busy working professionals (aka stressed, sick and tired) to implement healthy eating and lifestyle hacks to finally live a balanced and fulfilled life. As a Certified Health Coach and an RRCA Certified Running Coach, I teach runners how to nourish their bodies and souls so that they have more energy, reduce their risk of injuries and can regain their competitive edge.

Beverly is quite simply the best mentor and coach I have worked with. She understands that “life happens”,  but immediately comes up with a plan to get you back on track to hit your goals.  After a hip injury last spring I thought my chances of a PR were over. Beverly helped me develop a new, scaled back plan....and I finished my race 20 minutes faster than the year before and clocked an 11 minute PR! When it was time to start training again this year, my first call was to Beverly.
