I’m Beverly Smith and I’ve been running for 40+ years. I’ve raced distances from 400 meters to the marathon. Throughout my running career I’ve seen and experienced many different situations and circumstances that have equipped me to guide you.

I specialize in really listening to your challenges and coming ups with simple strategies that are easy to implement and will actually produce results. I understand that each runner has a unique set of strengths. I work with her to help her showcase those strengths and minimize her weaknesses. I understand that sometimes we runners get in our own way and the accountability of a coach.
