I’m Beverly
Beverly is quite simply the best mentor and coach I have worked with. She understands that “life happens”, but immediately comes up with a plan to get you back on track to hit your goals. After a hip injury last spring I thought my chances of a PR were over. Beverly helped me develop a new, scaled back plan....and I finished my race 20 minutes faster than the year before and clocked an 11 minute PR! When it was time to start training again this year, my first call was to Beverly.

I’m so glad I made the decision to train with Beverly. During the time that I worked with her, I enjoyed running and looked forward to the workouts. Beverly helped motivate me to achieve my goal and kept me running strong and injury free. She met me at my current running level and was honest, personable, and direct in the areas that I was successful and in those that needed improvement. I learned a great deal about the importance of speed workouts, as well as how running slow can help increase your speed. I was able to reach the 5K goal that Beverly and I had set and enjoyed running the race alongside her to push me when I needed it. Beverly’s coaching and lasting friendship empowers me to reach for my fitness goals and to aim higher. I highly recommend Beverly as a running, fitness, and nutritional coach.
